The hallway, will feature beautiful tiled floors, linking the accommodation in this single storey barn. The social space comprises of an open plan, floor to eave kitchen dining area. Comfortable seating is to be arranged around a modern log burner and Smart television with Freeview and Internet connection. The French baguette dining table will seat six guests and will be perfect for entertaining. The floor to ceiling French door looks through to the private patio and garden, creating a light and airy space. A selection of children’s toys and board games will be available for use. Guests will be able to take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen for all their culinary needs whilst at Carver’s Rest, with integrated appliances and an excellent selection of cooking utensils and crockery. There will also be a benched area in the kitchen, perfect for relaxing or working, if necessary!
The master king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room is impressive, combining the original brick mangers and full height oak trusses with modern furnishings.
The second bedroom will contain a zip and link bed, which can either be made up as a single king-sized or two single beds, and will be a comfortable arrangement with a mix of wooden furniture and modern twists. The double sofa bed, within the lounge dining area, will provide for a further two guests, if required. (Please give us at least 2 weeks’ notice on your preferred bed configuration).
A family bathroom will offer an opportunity for relaxing after a day out.
Carver's Rest will have ample off road parking, bike rack, a private patio and lawned garden with idyllic, far-reaching views of the hillsides, woodland and working cattle farm.
